Goofy goober accurately describes Reilo. He's a jolly little fluff with a vasy knowledge of the sea and jungles where his parents were raised, but fancies himself clever on all subjects, really.
Reilo is an incredibly emotional and empathetic fellow and loves to let his heart guide him through life.

Reilo has traveled the world , doing many different things and never opposed to meeting a new friend.
His younger years, after traveling away from the tiny fishing village he was born into, were spent in the military, which led him on more adventures than one fella can ever seem to handle! But with his sharp wit and sensibility, Rei sidestepped any big obstical, seemingly with ease!
He learned many new skills along the way, but as he got older, it was secretly a relief that he find a job in a far off kingdom as the royal accountant! Thankfully King George is not your ordinary old king!
